At Luana Bickel Creative Studio, we are committed to delivering high-quality, professional education in a supportive and respectful learning environment.

By enrolling in any of our online classes, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Payment & Enrolment

Full payment is required to secure your place in any class.

All class details, inclusions, and access information are outlined on our website: www.luanabickel.com.

By purchasing a class, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

All purchases are final. As our classes provide immediate access to digital content, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or discontinued participation.

2. Access & Duration

All classes are delivered online.

Unless otherwise stated, you will receive access to your class for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Some programs may have specific start and end dates. Access will expire at the end of the stated access period, whether or not you have completed the training.

It is your responsibility to complete the class within your access period.

3. Intellectual Property & Content Use

All class materials — including videos, workbooks, downloads, training resources, branding, and any related content (“Materials”) — are the intellectual property of Luana Bickel Creative Studio and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

When you enrol, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Materials for your personal use only.

You may not:

  • Share your login details with anyone

  • Copy, reproduce, record, distribute, or resell any content

  • Use the Materials for commercial training, teaching, or redistribution

  • Republish any content in any format without written permission

If we reasonably suspect content sharing or misuse, we reserve the right to immediately revoke access without refund.

We work hard to create valuable education, and we appreciate your respect for our intellectual property.

4. No Guarantees

Our classes are designed to provide education, insight, and professional development based on Luana’s industry experience.

However, we do not guarantee specific results, income outcomes, business growth, or individual success.

Your results will always depend on your own effort, skill level, experience, and personal circumstances.

5. Personal Responsibility

By participating in any class, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for how you implement the information provided.

  • You are responsible for your own business decisions and professional actions.

  • You are responsible for your personal wellbeing and any outcomes that result from applying the training.

Participation is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

Luana Bickel Creative Studio is not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from your participation.

6. Respectful Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a professional and respectful learning environment.

You agree not to use the class platform or website to:

  • Harass, abuse, or threaten others

  • Violate any intellectual property rights

  • Upload harmful software or viruses

  • Publish defamatory, offensive, hateful, or discriminatory content

  • Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity

  • Collect personal information from other participants

Any inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the class without refund.

7. User Contributions

If you post comments, images, testimonials, or other materials within the class platform (“User Contributions”), you grant Luana Bickel Creative Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use and display that content for educational, promotional, or business purposes.

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please contact us in writing.

8. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

You agree:

  • Not to share your account access

  • To provide accurate and current information when registering

  • To notify us immediately if your account security has been compromised

We are not responsible for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your login information.

9. Website & Service Availability

We may update, modify, or improve our classes and these Terms & Conditions at any time.

From time to time, access to the website or classes may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luana Bickel Creative Studio is not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from:

  • Participation in any class

  • Use of the website

  • Application of information provided in the training

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luana Bickel Creative Studio from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the class or website.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, technical failures, civil disturbances, or public health events.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions form the entire agreement between you and Luana Bickel Creative Studio in relation to the classes and replace any prior agreements or understandings.
