Colour me pretty – Beauty shoot

After quite a bit of planning I have managed to put together this amazing team to work on a beauty colourful shoot. The idea was to use wigs and lots of colours on the makeup looks and background as you can see on my colour test a couple of days ago. The amazing Nicole Kae from Tony&Guy will be coordinating the hair looks together with her assistant Daisy Hickey. Chau Huynh is responsible for the beautiful images today and Tereway McKay is looking after our styling.

I am absolutely obsessed with purple lips! Stef did a great job wearing it for us today. First look she has a light eyeshadow with a bit of Volum’ Express mascara by Maybelline and THE purple lips! For her second look I have decided to go a little bit crazy and did a creased blue eye look as the big statement of the look. I kept her lips natural to flow with the background colour and the big lip statement.

Phoebe had a spearmint wig for her first look, keeping the makeup a bit more natural with a golden eyeshadow and black liner with nude lips was the best option to contrast with the wig. For her second look she was given a black wig and I played with a blue eyeliner and red lips to contrast with the lilac background.

Last but not least Indeya had a short ginger wig for both her looks. First makeup look I did on her was a painted type of eye. I found this inspiration on Instagram and absolutely loved it. The Makeup For Ever (MUFE) flash palette works wonders for this look. As for her second look I decided on bold lips and soft smokey eye. Indeya has beautiful skin and did not require much work. Chanel Vitalumier was my go to foundation for both her looks.
