To secure a date and scheduled event times a signed contract is required with a 50% deposit due at the time of signing. The deposit is non‐refundable and non‐transferable. In the event that the contracted Makeup Artist is unable to perform the services agreed upon due to an emergency, illness, or unexpected occurrence a trusted substitute qualified Makeup Artist will be assigned and informed of the contracted and discussed arrangements.
SERVICE LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
Location of service for the day‐of‐event will be at the discretion of the client. The client is responsible to ensure full and clear access to the site, no steep or narrow roads, permits must be provided by the client when necessary. The location must be flat and have ample space around Brushy for setup. Location must be close to restroom facilities.
Early call times & Holiday Weekends:
Luana Bickel carries an early morning fee of $50 (books starting before 7:00am). There is $100 fee for Holiday or Holiday weekend appointments.
A travel fee of $1 per 1 kilometre will be charged for locations outside of a twenty five (25) kilometre radius of Randwick. This is per service, not person.
The final balance is due on the day of the event as one payment when Makeup Artist arrives – no exceptions. The party(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the party(s) who has signed the contract.
Cancellation must be made 14 days prior to your reserved date. Should you cancel any of the appointments in this agreement you will be responsible for the full amount of services agreed upon in this contract.
